⁵TelosB mote is integrating an IEEE 802.15.4/ZigBee compliant RF transceiver (ranging from 2.4 to 2.4835 GHz) at 250 kbps data rate, an integrated onboard antenna, and a 16 bit, 8MHz TI MSP430 microcontroller with 10kB RAM plus 1MB external flash for data logging, programming and data collection via USB.
